Rick has been helping me with my workouts for over one and half years. His efforts have been quite helpful. He has me doing a wide variety of different exercises which he has chosen specifically for me in order to help me meet my goals. Thank you Rick so much for working with me this past month on a training plan to help with my IT Band issue. I’m feeling excited and optimistic. I’ve not had a trainer before, so didn’t know what to expect. It’s been great to learn how to use the circuit machines, the TRX, as well as additional exercises that will strengthen muscles and help with flexibility. I appreciate your expertise.

I’ve had a fellow runner already ask me about you. She’s had knee problems for a couple of years now. I wasn’t sure if you are taking any more clients, but thought I’d ask if it’s okay to share your name. No doubt there will be others in our running group with knee issues, too.
The other exercise routines you gave me are working well and easy to fit in to my routine.

Finally, I am feeling no discomfort with my IT band at this point. Thank you so much! Knowing that running begins soon is a strong motivation to continue the training plan you set up for me.

I started working with Rick in order to gain mobility. I had been very ill and required weekly physical therapy to regain my strength. As I got healthier, my physical therapist suggested I work with Rick. Since working with Rick I feel so much better! Rick taught me some moves on the TRX suspension trainer that greatly increased my back mobility and strength and decreased the pain! Now, thanks to Rick I don’t deal with back pain anymore which was present for years! Rick also worked with me on strengthening the total body, focusing on nutrition for healing and also gave some tips on how to reduce mental stress and fatigue. Total mind and body healing! He took me from the point where I was (weak and inflexible) and designed my training and rehabilitation around that. His plan was not only rehabilitative, but challenging. I am now able to do group training classes and feel better than ever! I have a long ways to go still, but I have also come a long way due to Rick’s personalized training.
